Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns - To be eligible for a return, we only ask for pictures of product and packing slip. After you've submitted the problem report, our team will investigate the issue to determine the cause and provide the solution. If the error is on our side(misprinting, broken/damaged/defective items) - we offer a reshipment.We do not offer size exchange - choosing the correct size is up to your customer.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The following items are made to order, we only make reshipment for these items in case they are broken or damaged. Unfortunately we don't offer a refund on these items.
